Shipping & Returns

  1. Shipping Charges: You will be notified of shipping/freight costs after your order has been placed with us.
  2. International Shipments:
    • The purchaser is responsible for any duties imposed by his/her country or region. The purchaser must research that information prior to purchasing or shipment. Under no circumstances shall InnLights.com or its parent company, "Tropical Lights, Inc." be responsible to advise of or pay for any duties imposed outside the continental United States.
    • For International shipments, the shipping method and related, costs, will be discussed directly with the purchaser.
  3. Return Policy: Since the items shown on this website are all customer order, returns are not accepted. Most items, including custom orders, non-stock shades and ceramic lamps, are not returnable. InnLights.com reserves the right to deny any product return for any reason.
  4. Damaged Goods: Should an item be received broken or damaged, email or telephone our Customer Service Department at 877.670.1600 within 5 days from delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Claims will be placed with the appropriate freight carrier for reimbursement.
